Permission and role errors

Permission and hierarchy are separate checks.

• Confirm the required permission on both the user and Fieldbot role.
• Move Fieldbot above the target member or role.
• Review channel-specific overwrites, because they can override server-level permissions.

This is especially important for bans, kicks, timeouts, reward roles, and ticket channels.
