Welcome and leave messages

This system sends a server-specific message when a member joins or leaves.

Available variables:

{user} {username} {server} {member_count}

Fieldbot must be able to view and send messages in the selected channel. Deleted or inaccessible resources are shown as missing in the dashboard.
