Command access

Fieldbot checks permissions based on what each command does.

Information, image, animal, and fun commands do not need special management permissions. Moderation commands require the matching Discord permission. Role and channel actions also check hierarchy and effective channel permissions.

Server owners and Administrators are protected from accidentally locking themselves out through a command policy.
