First server setup

After adding the bot, run this quick check.

1. Fix role order​

Move the Fieldbot role above members it may moderate, level reward roles, and roles involved in ticket permissions.

2. Review command channels​

Fieldbot should usually have:

  • View Channel
  • Send Messages
  • Embed Links
  • Attach Files
  • Read Message History

3. Confirm dashboard access​

The dashboard only shows servers you can manage and where Fieldbot is present. If a server is missing, signing out and back in usually refreshes access.

4. Enable systems one at a time​

Set up and test one module before enabling the next. Starting with moderation logs and then moving to tickets, invites, or levels makes troubleshooting much easier.
