Dashboard permissions

Seeing a button in the interface is not enough. Every change is authorized again on the server side.

The API checks the session, server membership, effective Discord permissions, Fieldbot presence, selected resources, bot permissions, and role hierarchy before applying a change.

If your Discord permission is removed, an already open dashboard tab cannot keep saving with stale access.
