Ticket commands

The ticket system creates private support channels from a panel button. Each member can have only one open ticket per server at a time.

CommandPurpose
/ticket setupEnables tickets and posts the support panel. Requires Manage Server.
/ticket disableStops new tickets without deleting existing ticket channels.

When a member opens a ticket, Fieldbot collects the topic and description, then creates a channel visible to the member, the bot, and the optional support role.

Closing a ticket disables member writing and keeps the record. Deleting a ticket removes the channel and requires support-level access.
