Operator commands

These commands are restricted to Fieldbot application operators and are not normal server-management tools.

Command	Purpose
/logcenter status	Shows a safe status summary for global operation log targets.
/logcenter test	Sends a safe test event to configured log targets.

Webhook URLs and secret configuration values are never displayed, and these commands are hidden from public help.
