Animal commands

Use /animal with one of the following subcommands:

bird cat dog fox kangaroo koala panda red_panda raccoon whale

The refresh button belongs to the user who opened the panel. If an external provider is unavailable, Fieldbot replies with a local image and fact instead of failing silently.
